Okey so this is not a real cheesecake but almost and it´s even vegan friendly.
The ingredients for the base :
2 cup cashews
2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup water
Mix everything into a batter but it should not be too sticky. Press out on a pie plate ,
4-6 pieces of mango
2 tablespoons coconut butter
Mix everything together except coconut butter. Heat the coconut butter and carefully pour in while you mix . Pour over the pie crust and into the freezer for about four hours .
